1. Parents and Provider agree to give one another a minimum of 4 weeks notice in writing for all vacation time.
2. Provider is entitled to 2 weeks vacation per year; 1 week vacation and 1 week for appointment/sick days.
3. Payment is required for Parent/child vacation if it does not coincide with Provider's vacation. THIS WILL ENSURE YOUR
SPOT IS HELD FOR YOUR RETURN.
Provider is paid for all Statutory Holidays including:
New Years Day
Good Friday
Easter Monday
Victoria Day
Canada Day
August Civic Holiday
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Monday
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
